Strong understanding of electrical materials, equipment, installation methods, codes, construction/electrical terms and symbols, engineering practices, electrical engineering and design, drawings and specifications of construction trades such as architectural,
structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, etc. Knowledge of local construction market.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, design sensitive, and has excellent organizational and communications skills. Qualifications:

Working knowledge and basic competency in site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering to the extent necessary to coordinate and integrate these disciplines.
